Delivery Process

Here at Sloomy our headboards, beds and mattresses are made at our factory in the heart of Yorkshire and are shipped directly from there to your door.

We deliver to all our customers, with no middleman or courier service to keep costs down.  If you have any queries regarding delivery either before or after, please get in touch and we will answer any questions you may have.

We take pride in our customers' journey and we hope the transaction is smooth. With this in mind, we expect your order to be delivered within 3 - 7 working days. All deliveries must be signed for to confirm acceptance at the point of delivery.

Please keep hold of your old beds/mattresses until your new one arrives.

Installation

If you need us to install your bed, headboard and mattress in your property, then we are happy to offer an additional service for this, at a fee of £39.99 per delivery.  Before our trained experts deliver your new bed to your room, please ensure that the room is clear and ready to receive your new bed. We will not dismantle or remove your old bed.  At this point our delivery expert will build your new bed, headboard and/or mattress and ensure this is correctly and securely fitted.

We will remove all packaging that your bed has been supplied in, leaving you ready to enjoy your new purchase instantly. 

Free UK Mainland Delivery & Charges

Here at Sloomy, as well as providing amazing quality bed and mattresses for your dream bedroom makeover, we also offer free delivery with many of our purchases.

*Our delivery offer only applies to mainland U.K postcodes. A list of those postcodes we don’t include in this can be found below. If you are unsure if you are covered for your address, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you with any queries.

Some locations within the UK are currently excluded. We do not deliver to offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. See the table below for full details of where we deliver to, and excluded postcodes.

Any deliveries that are not made successfully on time will be subject to an extra fee on top of the initial order amount. If any fees are incurred before the delivery is confirmed, you must be able to pay the additional fees to have your order delivered. All deliveries must be signed for to confirm acceptance at the point of delivery.

Please ensure we can access the chosen room to deliver your order in a timely manner. If we are unable to do so, we will have to charge a return fee on your order.
