Delivery Process
At Sloomy, our headboards, beds, and mattresses are crafted with care in our factory located in the heart of Yorkshire. From there, they are shipped directly to your door, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective delivery process with no middleman involved.
Our deliveries are carried out by our own drivers and BJS. If you have any queries regarding delivery, either before or after, please get in touch and we will gladly address any questions you may have.
We take pride in providing a smooth customer journey, and we expect your order to be delivered within 3 - 7 working days. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for to confirm acceptance at the point of delivery.
Important: Please keep hold of your old beds/mattresses until your new one arrives.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: Our standard service is a door-side delivery.
Installation: If you prefer your new bed, headboard, or mattress delivered to a specific room and installed, we offer this additional service for a fee of £39.99 per delivery.
Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure the room has adequate access for delivery and assembly.
Make sure there is nothing obstructing the assembly area. (For installation deliveries)
Our trained experts will build and securely fit your new bed, headboard, and/or mattress. (For installation deliveries)
All packaging will be removed, leaving you ready to enjoy your new purchase instantly. (For installation deliveries)
Important: If an order for a bed, mattress, or headboard does not fit, you will be charged for the failed delivery and any subsequent redelivery. Please ensure that the items can fit through all access points to your chosen room.

*Please note that our free delivery offer only applies to mainland UK postcodes. Certain locations, including offshore areas such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, are currently excluded. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you with any queries.

If a delivery is not made successfully on time due to accessibility or other issues, additional fees will apply. These must be settled before we can reattempt delivery.
