RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Should you wish to return an Item due to personal preference, a collection fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Collection fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) you purchased and the post code we instruct the carriers to collect from. For more information please see our returns page

If your item arrives damaged, then we will happily replace any items affected free of charge or collect item(s) for a full refund (*Applies only within 14-day cancellation period).

DELIVERY CHARGES & INFORMATION

All delivery charges and timings will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Due to the size of products and weight charges may vary. If you have any questions regarding delivery before purchase please contact a member of our customer service team on 01924724252. Charges to various postcodes may also vary. During our busy and seasonal periods, standard services may be affected.

WARRANTY

The warranty period on most products is 3 years unless stated otherwise. Any queries on warranty will be answered at the time of purchase. Please refer to Returns & Cancellations if you wish to return an item within its manufacturing warranty period.

USAGE OF PRODUCT

All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment. Using this product away from domestic use may invalidate the warranty.

LEAD TIMES

All goods are made to order and where possible we will indicate the lead time on all orders.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a variation of colour. If you are looking for an exact colour representation, please contact our customer services department on 01924 763401

For any complaints to receive we aim to respond within 7 working days of receipt.

BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR FURNITURE

Please check all dimensions of your item / bed before ordering to ensure it will fit. We recommend that you consider the route to your bedroom as well to ensure once delivered it can be moved to the desired room.

MATTRESSES

Please leave the protective wrapping on these items until you are sure you want to keep them, as once they have been unwrapped, for health and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty on arrival. This does not affect your legal rights. Please refer to Returns & Cancellations for further information.

LANGUAGE

All information relating to our order and communication is supplied in English language only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.

LAW

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the current laws of England and Wales.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Pay Later 30

    You are able to opt for their first option which allows you to buy now then pay later within 30 days. This is with no extra interest, as long as the payment is made within the 30 day interval. If you are unable to make the payment, Klarna does offer an extension date, be sure to inform them directly though on this via their mobile app or website.

  • Pay Later in 3 instalments

    Alternatively you can pay for your Sloomy order in 3 instalments. They come out on a monthly basis and are done so automatically. This is the best and safest way to spread out the cost of your purchase. Be sure to make the payments on time or you may incur any extra charges.
