Whilst we work hard to ensure all our beds, headboards and mattresses go through stringent quality assurance and testing before being shipped, we do appreciate that sometimes the unthinkable may happen.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please carefully inspect your items for any damage and clearly mark any identified damage on the couriers delivery sheet.

Please note we will not accept any claims for damage if goods have not been checked on delivery and if this damage has not been clearly stated on the courier's delivery sheet.

Other than defects reported upon delivery, claims will only be accepted for manufacturing defects, attempts to return damaged items or showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.  Unless damage is reported at the point of delivery or a clear manufacturing defect has occurred then there may be a charge applied to accept your return. 

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item that has no defects, please ensure that it is packaged in its original packaging and ready for transit. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the item's initial delivery as well as the collection fee for the return.
