Overall really nice beds, I like being able to customise the ottoman bed in terms of colour, headboard type, opening etc. I managed to get my bed and mattress on sale heavily discounted which was a great saving, as they are quite expensive otherwise. Quality is excellent. Arranging delivery was kind of restricted in my area as it was only Fridays, but other than that I am happy with the bed and mattress.

Txt saying deliver in next 3 hours our slot only delivered mattress took another week to deliver the rest of our order

My delivery came in 2 parts, so that was strange, customer service was abit of a language barrier explaining things. Bed is nice though so happy with product

Very swift from ordering to delivery.
Really like the new bed, but would have rather had it without the footboard (that Web page describes as optional) - when bed arrived it was apparent that the footboard is an integral piece. No web option to NOT have the footboard, so the web site needs updating.
Installers really irritated me - they point blank refused to take the packaging away.

I am very pleased with my dealings with Sloomy. It was less than a week from order to delivery.
I did contact them a few times and a more than satisfactory response came within 24 hours.
Very happy with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Very comfortable and beautiful, I love it.It’s a king size bed and Chelsea mattress . Great service and I would recommend Sloomy.
