Style
This bed style is a contemporary upholstered panel divan bed, designed with clean lines and a modern, minimalist aesthetic. It features a tall, padded headboard with evenly spaced vertical panels, creating a structured and architectural look without heavy tufting or button detailing.
The fully upholstered platform-top divan base has a sleek, boxy silhouette and incorporates discreet side storage drawers for practicality. Supported by subtle chrome gliders, the design balances softness with structure, making it ideal for modern, transitional, or Scandinavian-inspired bedroom interiors
Storage
All our Divan beds offer configurable storage options. They can come without storage, or with multiple drawers integrated into the base underneath. These easily slide out and offer a massive storage space, so you can make the most of your bedroom even if space is tight. The divan drawers are perfect for storing bedding, clothes, linen, towels. They slide seamlessly into the body of the bed, so don’t affect the design or style, and slot in perfectly.
Choose from no drawers, 2 drawers for single beds, or 2 to 4 drawers for larger sizes going from double right through to super king. The drawers can be customised to choose which side they open on, either left, right or both depending on your preferred access, space around the bed and how much storage you would like.

Our Kansas bed comes in 4 different fabrics, all with different styles and effects. Combined with the 20 colours we have available, there is a style for everyone through one of our many combinations. As all our beds are made to order, you can completely customise your beautiful bed perfectly before we start making it.

This modern and sleek bed is available in 6 sizes, all handmade to order from our UK factory based in West Yorkshire. It is available in the following sizes: 2ft6 Small Single 3ft Single, 4ft Small Double, 4ft6 Double, 5ft King Size, 6ft Super King.
Headboard Design (26" Standard, 54" Upgrade)

However if you want to opt for an even grander look, Our 54 inch floor standing headboard offers an even more striking look, improved comfort and enhanced support too.

Mattress Fabric: Knitted
The top layer of the Chelsea mattress features high-quality knitted fabric, known for its softness, breathability, and stretch. This fabric ensures a cosy and comfortable sleeping surface.
Support System: Open Coil Springs
The Chelsea mattress includes an open coil spring system, crafted from a single wire coiled into a helical shape. This design is known for its affordability, durability, and medium-firm support. Additionally, open coil mattresses are lighter and easier to handle compared to other types.
Mattress Surface: Tufted
Featuring a tufted surface, the Chelsea mattress has buttons or stitches sewn through its layers. This tufting process keeps the layers securely in place, preventing them from shifting or bunching over time.
Turnable: Single Sided
Designed as a single-sided mattress, the Chelsea has a designated top and bottom. The top side provides the sleeping surface with all the padding and support, while the bottom side features a non-slip material to keep the mattress securely in place on your bed.
