The Sloomy Guarantee
As a long-term supplier of quality bedroom furniture, we pride ourselves on good customer service. We offer a guarantee, as standard for all our customers across all items. This protects you whilst shopping with us, giving you long-term peace of mind in your purchase.
- All of our products are entitled to a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. If this is not the case for any of our products, this information will be stated in the product’s description.
- Please do not remove the original labels that feature on your product. This will automatically void the warranty.
- Please note our warranty covers the manufacturing defects such as issues with the materials and craftsmanship.
- Our guarantee is in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, and also the British Law.
The Guarantee shall not apply when:
- The product has been soiled or stained in any way.
- The product was damaged accidentally after delivery.
- The product has been jumped on or damaged by improper use.
- The product has been used commercially or has been misused in anyw ay.
- The mattress has been bent or folded in such a way as to cause damage to spring sets.
Information to make note of
Please be aware we have a rigorous quality assurance process in place here at Sloomy. However, if there is a manufacturing defect we are more than happy to assist you with any issues. To be covered by our guarantee please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery when the period of guarantee will begin.
You can be entitled to a full refund or a product replacement if your query is successful. Additional postage may also be refunded also.
