Our Mayfair Chesterfield Ottoman Bed combines timeless, classical style with elegant clean design and practical storage. This luxury upholstered bed is handcrafted by our skilled carpenters and upholsterers in our Yorkshire factory, featuring the classic chesterfield design with padded cushioning and hand stitched buttons throughout.

Style

Featuring a bold design, the striking upholstered panels make a strong statement in any room. For support, the bed features high quality wooden slats for the ultimate in comfort. Spread evenly over the base, the sprung slats provide support across the entire area of the bed, offering comfort and strength for your mattress.  Featuring hardwood varnished feet, the bed has a fully fabric base, continuing the classical style all around.

Storage

Our Ottoman beds offer extensive under-bed storage, easily accessible by lifting the end of the bed to access all the space underneath. They all include a single end lifting mechanism with gas assisted struts to take the weight of the bed frame and mattress, so anyone can simply and easily lift the base of the bed with a light pull. Once raised, you can access the full space underneath, making the most of your bedroom storage, ideal if space is tight in your room or around your bed.

The under bed storage space is ideal for storing bedding, clothes, linen, and towels, as well as being perfect for hiding gifts and presents. Our ottoman bases fit seamlessly back onto the body of the bed, so don’t affect the design or style of our beds.

The Mayfair Chesterfield Ottoman also features fabric handles at the end of the bed (matched to the bed colour), adding a touch of practical luxury, making it even easier to lift and access you bed storage in comfort.

Materials

Our Mayfair Chesterfield bed is available in 4 different fabrics, all with different styles and effects.  Combined with the 14 colours we have available, there is a look for everyone through one of our many combinations. As all our beds are made to order, you can completely customise your beautiful bed perfectly before we start making it.

For fabric options, choose from linen, naple, plush velvet and crushed velvet. Our velvet options pair with this bed perfectly, enhancing the luxury feel and reflecting light beautifully, no matter the colour.  For a more durable and hard wearing option, consider our linen range, with striking looks in a range of colours. Finally, our naple fabric offers a good balance between softness and durability, with a light and fluffy woollen texture that is both hardwearing and luxurious.
